Usage-Manager API

Overview

The Usage-Manager API retrieves information about wallet and bucket configurations in an account and its detailed information.

Use Case

The Usage-Manager API can be used to get the current credit balance of an account’s product wallet(s) and buckets.

A product wallet is used to manage the credit commitment that has been purchased by the customer. Usage on the account is deducted from the credits available in the relevant wallet.

Buckets are used to manage free units which a customer has available to them, and usage is deducted for relevant products until the free units have been used up.

For example, you can utilize the Usage-Manager API to check if free units have been added to the system and how much credit has already been spent.
