Testing and Submitting an App
Testing and Review Process
Once the app is ready, you can test it by installing it on your account.
All partner apps are reviewed by Talkdesk before they get to the Talkdesk AppConnect™ Marketplace, to make sure they follow the requirements.
You will be contacted by the AppConnect team with the result of the QA.
Publishing a Partner App
Once your app has been approved, you can make it available on AppConnect in a self-service manner.
Partner App Approval
The app will only be listed on AppConnect if it is approved by Talkdesk.
If an app has not been explicitly approved, contacting a Talkdesk customer directly to install the app will result in the violation of the AppConnect partnership agreement.
