A Time-Off is Updated in WFM
Overview
This trigger is activated when a time-off is manually updated in the WFM app.
Use Case
When a time-off is updated in WFM, it must be relayed to an external HR system.
Automation: once a time-off is updated in WFM, the system will automatically send the updated time-off information to an external HR system.
Fields

Account ID | The ID of the Talkdesk account | It is not recommended to use this field, as it has the same value for all executions and pertains only to the Talkdesk account |
Event Name | The trigger event name | It is not recommended to use this field as its value is constant and never changes between different executions |
Event ID | The ID of the time off triggered event | It is not recommended to use this field as its value is only meaningful for resource management |
Platform TID | The cross-services correlation ID | It is not recommended to use this field as its value is only meaningful for cross-service correlation |
Time off description | Description associated with the time off | - Is set/Is not set : check if the field is defined.- Starts with : check for specific values at the start of the description (e.g., Starts with "Event approved by" ).- Contains/Does Not Contain : check if the field contains some specific value. |
Time off start date | The time that defines when the time off starts | Starts with : check for a specific date (e.g., Starts with "2022-03-28" ) |
Time off end date | The time that defines when the time off ends | Starts with: check for a specific date (e.g., Starts with "2022-03-28" ) |
Time off agent ID | The Talkdesk agent's ID associated with the time off | Is equal/Not equal : check if the field is equal to / not equal to the specific value |
