The Guardian Call Quality API, a Talkdesk Guardian™ solution, provides all the information Guardian has on the users’ call quality from the previous 30 days.
Use Case
As a real life example, consider the scenario where Talkdesk administrators want to analyze the call quality of all their users from the previous week, because there were reports of call issues. Using the Guardian Call Quality API, administrators can analyze which users had bad call quality experiences.
