As a real life example, consider the scenario where Talkdesk administrators want to analyze the call quality of all their users from the previous week, because there were reports of call issues. Using the Guardian Call Quality API, administrators can analyze which users had bad call quality experiences.
The Guardian Call Quality API has been in General Availability since June 2022.
