1 - What Can I Achieve with Connections?

2 - What's the Difference between an Integration and a Connection?
A Talkdesk Integration allows you to connect your external services with the Talkdesk systems.
There are three types of Talkdesk integrations:

4 - Can I Edit an Existing Connection?
Yes. Anytime after being added, a connection can be easily edited.
5 - What does Connections Support?
Connections supports:
Connections doesn't support Contact/Agent Sync.

7 - Can I Configure and Execute a Custom Action?

9 - How Can I Save/Publish an Action?
An action can be in one of four different states:
- Draft.
- Active.
- Deprecated.
- End of Life.

10 - Can I Test an Action?
Yes. An action can be tested regardless of its status.
11 - Can I Edit an Action
Yes. While in the Draft status, an action can be fully edited. You can also edit an active action, although with some limitations.

Yes. You can use a previously added action (for the same custom connection) as a basis to add a new action.

14 - Can I Configure an Automation?
An automation is composed of a trigger and an action, and it can be configured.
15 - Is There a Rate Limit for Action Executions?
Yes. Connections enforces a default rate limit of 50 requests per second (req/s) per account, applied across all action executions regardless of trigger source (Automations, Studio flows, Workspace Designer, etc.).
When this limit is exceeded, Connections returns a 429 Too Many Requests response, and the action execution is marked as failed. This error is visible in the Connections Executions Dashboard under Execution Status Code.
