Executing an Action

An action can be executed in three different ways throughout Talkdesk, as multiple Talkdesk products are able to execute actions:


You need permission to manually execute an action. This permission can be set under the Defining and Editing Permissions section, as depicted in Figure 16..

2 - In a Studio flow

3 - Through automations


Actions executed through automations or a Studio flow do not require a specific set of permissions, as you won't directly run these actions.
