Billing
Talkdesk® supports these pricing models and billing frequencies for Talkdesk AppConnect™ installable apps:
- Recurring and user-based: price is charged per user.
- Recurring and account-based: price is charged per account, regardless of the number of active users.
Monthly billing frequency with month-to-month terms.
Additionally, you can choose the following pricing models and billing frequencies (not for plans available on the installable app, but for plans available via direct sales contracts):
- Recurring and unit-based: price charged per unit (e.g.: messages).
- One-time: price is charged once. This can be used to charge professional services, overage usage, and regular usage.
Quarterly, semi-annual, annual billing frequencies have terms other than month-to-month.
