A Time-Off is Created in WFM

Overview

This trigger is activated when a user manually creates a time-off in the WFM app.

Use Case

When a user creates a time-off in WFM, this trigger relays the information to an external HR system.

Automation: whenever a time-off is created in WFM, it will be automatically sent to an external HR system.

Time off descriptionDescription associated with the time off- Is set/Is not set: check if the field is defined.
- Starts with: check for specific values at the start of the description (e.g., Starts with "Event approved by").
- Contains/Does Not Contain: check if the field contains some specific value.
