Attributes API
Overview
The Attributes API, part of the attribute-based routing Talkdesk Studio feature, allows the configuration of attributes and corresponding proficiency levels for each contact center agent.
Use Case
The Attributes API can be used to automate attribute creation and agent assignment updates when using attribute-based routing. For instance, it can help automate new agent onboarding and corresponding proficiency levels. Additionally, more frequent changes to existing agent proficiency levels and attributes can also be automated.
