In the product UI, an agent's proficiency in a specific skill is evaluated using a 1 to 5-star scale. However, within the Attributes API, proficiency is measured on a scale of 0% to 100%, represented as a percentage. For example:
- Attribute: English.
- Proficiency: 60% (which would be shown in the Attributes API, equivalent to 3 stars, which would be shown in the UI).
