Connections Flows Status
Version Status
The version status of a Connections Flow indicates whether the flow is ready to be run automatically. There are three version statuses:
- Draft – a Connections Flow has only one version, which has not been published yet and cannot be enabled.
- Published – a Connections Flow has at least one published version that is ready to be enabled and triggered automatically.
- Published with unpublished changes – a Connections Flow has one published version that can be enabled and triggered automatically. It also has a more recent draft version with changes that will not take effect until the draft version is made public.
Enablement Status
The enablement status of a Connections Flow indicates whether the flow should run automatically. A Connections Flow can be enabled, meaning it will run automatically according to the trigger rules, or disabled, meaning the flow won't be executed. To be enabled, a Connections Flow must have at least one published version.
