Create a Webhook Trigger

Register a new webhook trigger for a specified event. Use this endpoint to subscribe to events by providing a callback URL that will receive notifications when the event occurs. Required fields: callbackurl. The trigger_name path parameter specifies the event type (e.g., contactCreated).
