Sends an outbound SMS message to a contact phone number using a Talkdesk phone number. The request is processed asynchronously and returns a 202 status on acceptance. Use this endpoint to programmatically deliver SMS notifications or messages to contacts. Phone numbers must be in E.164 format when provided.
