Returns a list of external tools or systems (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) that this contact is linked to, along with a URL to view the contact in each of those systems.

Use this when you need to know where a contact exists outside of Talkdesk.
Only works for active contacts — deleted contacts return 404.
