Deletes a contact from the system. The contact is not permanently removed right away — it is marked as deleted and can be restored if needed.

Use this when a user explicitly wants to remove a contact.
Does not erase personal data. If the goal is compliance with a data erasure request, use the GDPR endpoint instead.
