Get the status and details of an article ingestion job created by POST /locations-directory/articles/ingestions.

status reflects the underlying Temporal workflow's progress and is terminal once it reaches SUCCESS or FAILURE — it never changes again after that. warnings, errors, and summary are reported by the workflow itself, so they may be empty/absent while the job is still PENDING or RUNNING, and can still be populated even for a job that failed. report_url, when present, is a short-lived link and should be re-fetched (by calling this endpoint again) rather than cached.
