Sets the consent state for a contact in voice biometrics authentication, either creating a new consent record or updating an existing one.
Use this endpoint to capture the contact's decision after they have been informed about voice biometrics, for example to mark consent as granted before enrolling them or as revoked when the contact opts out.

Returns 200 when an existing consent record is updated and 201 when a new one is created. Revoking consent does not by itself delete an existing enrollment; use the enrollment delete endpoint to remove the contact's voiceprint.
