Talkdesk launched two new public APIs in January:
- FSI Integrations API (Early Access) - the Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) Integrations API, a Talkdesk Financial Services Experience Cloud™ solution, fetches FSI contacts and their associated accounts, transactions, payments, and cards. Go here to see more about the business context of this API. The FSI Integrations API is only available for customers enrolled in Talkdesk's EA program. To enter the EA program, contact a Customer Success Manager.
- Identity Insights API (General Availability) - the Identity Insights API, a Talkdesk Identity™ solution, gives you access to a list of identity call information regarding callers’ authentication with voice biometrics and fraud-related insights concerning the caller’s phone number. The launch of these public APIs is part of Talkdesk's identity as an API-first company. This means that Talkdesk follows a software development strategy that is focused on allowing our partners and customers to integrate with our systems in a customized, easy, and flexible way. Talkdesk APIs are a key element in this approach. That's why Talkdesk is always working towards increasing the number of the Talkdesk API's public endpoints.
